I am not registered on any of these review sites. Can I still get these reviews?
Yes, we will set your company up on these sites for you. This is included in the price you pay in the Web Image Builder package. If you have photos we can often have them posted on the appropriate sites as well.
Which sites will our reviews get posted on in your Web Image Builder package?
Depending on the type of business, different sites will be utilized. For restaurant businesses, sites such as Urbanspoon and Chowhound are used. For Hotels, sites such as Trip Advisor, Travelocity and Expedia are used.
Who provides the reviews for my business?
We have a vast social network of travelers, diners, and consumers who we communicate with regularly across North America. A lot of these individuals are bloggers and have a presence on many of the review sites that your reviews will be posted on.
How do you know what information to use when you set up our company on Facebook, etc. in your Social Networking package?
We contact you and give a list of the information we need. You can provide us with any photos and product/service information that you want on your page. We will also make suggestions to maximize your marketing potential.
What happens if I do not receive at least 5 positive reviews in the monthly period?
We will credit you for another month or refund your money.
Isn't it a violation of these sites' terms to pay for reviews?
Yes it is. However, you are not paying our company to write reviews. Through our company's networking techniques, we work to gain "unsolicted" reviews for your business. If you do not receive at least 5 positive reviews, you will be refunded your monthly fee.
Can I be the moderator for my Facebook and Twitter groups?
Yes, at any point you can take over the moderator responsibilities. We simply offer running your social network groups as a convenience for you and help expand your network by adding new members each month. We find that many business owners and managers do not have the time in their busy schedules to act as the moderator and, thus, we have one of our specialists do it for you. We give you the password, etc. so that you ultimately have the control of the social networking groups we start for you.
